"Management center of photo and video recording electronic systems" is a non-profit state organization.

The main purpose of the organization's activity is the detection and recording of crimes and administrative offenses using technical means (videocameras, speedometers, etc.).

Our mission is the organizing safe traffic in the Republic of Armenia and increasing the rate of detection of crimes. The functions of each department of the organization are aimed at the effective solution of the above mentioned problems.

We are sure that with our diligence and consistency we will ensure the safety of society and the individual, which is one of the main guarantees of a powerful state.
